Rosa – Insurance Coordinator

Rosa is a graduate of Waukegan H.S. with 8 years of in-office experience and training. Some of her important responsibilities include filling the patient schedule, processing dental claims, monitoring insurance payments and verifying insurance. Rosa says she loves working as an administrator because of the interaction she has with patients. She likes getting to know them on a one-on-one, personal level because it makes them eager to come to the office and feel welcomed. She said working at The Smile Group is a positive experience because of the quality of patient care and the excellent team dynamic where everyone feels like family. Rosa is caring, outgoing, efficient, funny, family-oriented, and a team-player. Outside of work she loves spending time with family, friends, and her fiancé Ruben. Rosa also likes to try new restaurants and loves the month of October. She loves everything “Halloween”.
